Remembering Blitz

Today we are heartbroken to learn of the passing of Blitz. It is difficult to put into words what Blitz meant to me or to this community. He was a leader by example, a father figure, a friend to everyone. His love for the game was only surpassed by his love for his family and friends. I will forever cherish our late night conversations, his words of wisdom, and the zest for life that Blitz had. In the coming days, as tears are shed, and memories shared, we will come together as a community to find ways to memorialize and pay tribute to the impact Blitz had on all of us. We love you brother. Until we meet again.
